Kindly note the following

1. The orders are processed on a first come first serve basis, and based on the volume of orders in the kitchen, a minimum of 30- 40 mins is there, please bear with us for any delay
2. We kindly request you not to ask any disposable cutlery or single use plastic straws as it is our endeavour to go plastic free completely and help safeguard our environment, any such request is charged accordingly.
3. We charge delivery charges for the food bill under rupees 200, it helps our delivery partners in form of an encouragement
4. A lot of care goes in the crafting of our menu. Our taste and style of food preparation is very different from the actual and common recipes state. All our food is free of artificial colouring and preservatives.
5. All our raw materials are sourced from the local market and varies accordingly.
6. Please do mention any special dietary requirement, beforehand to your server i.e. being vegan, lactose intolerant, gluten allergy or any particular food allergy or if you are diabetic or pregnant , it would take more time to customize a particular dish, to suit your requirements, any failure to do so from your part absolves us from any adverse incident and we will not be responsible in any way.
7. We do not serve or cook pork and beef items.
8. Any order cannot be canceled once the Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) or Beverage Order Ticket (BOT) is generated.
9. We accept UPI/financial Wallets, also as a form of payment apart from cash, please inform at the cashier before making the payment for your bill.
10. We are committed towards safeguarding our ecology and environment, we charge for disposable cutlery and crockery. Thalis are packed in reusable and microwavable trays , it can be reused to heat up food or returned back to us to repack the food in it.
